Erasmus Exchange
The Interdisciplinary Centre for Urban Culture and Public Space is an internationally oriented research institute that highly encourages the mobility of students, trainees and researchers. Primarily among European and international universities through the Erasmus+, Erasmus mundus and comparable exchange programs.
Please note that the central contact point for all formalities regarding incoming and outgoing missions is the International Office of TU Vienna.

For Incoming Missions
International students (bachelor, master or doctoral candidates) and researchers interested in spending a mobility period as trainees or affiliated researchers at the centre, are welcome to communicate with the Centre through office(at)skuor.tuwien.ac.at.
Prerequisite –
background in any field relating to the urban
Our offer –
attend urban studies debates, methodology workshops and excursions, organise a small field research project in Vienna, present your research within a peer-group of master and (post)doctoral researchers.
What to expect –
– a friendly place of innovative professional dialogue and care-based encounter in urban studies
– a space to learn in and with an international community of urban studies scholarship working in trans-, cross- and post disciplinary way

For Outgoing Missions
TU Wien students (bachelor, master and doctoral candidates) and researchers that are interested in a mobility period abroad can take into consideration the following Universities, with which the centre has established specific collaborations:

Università degli Studi Firenze (IT)
Applications for outgoing mobilities are submitted through the TISS platform. Please apply by 15th February (winter & summer term) respectively 1st September (only summer term), to ensure that we can nominate you at our partner universities on time.
